2. Welke gegevens verzamelen we?
Via onze website verzamelen we enkel gegevens die je zelf invult in formulieren, zoals naam en e-mailadres. Daarnaast verzamelt Google reCAPTCHA v3 technische gegevens zoals IP-adres voor spambescherming.
3. Waarom verzamelen we deze gegevens?
Rechtsgrond: gerechtvaardigd belang en/of uitvoering overeenkomst. We gebruiken je gegevens uitsluitend om je vraag te beantwoorden of dienst te leveren. We gebruiken je gegevens niet voor marketing zonder expliciete toestemming.
4. Met wie delen we je gegevens?
We delen je gegevens niet met derden, behalve:
- Google reCAPTCHA v3 voor spambescherming. Zie Google Privacybeleid.
- Onze hostingprovider voor de technische werking van de website.
5. Hoe lang bewaren we je gegevens?
Contactaanvragen bewaren we maximaal 30 dagen. Daarna worden ze automatisch verwijderd, tenzij verdere communicatie of wettelijke verplichting nodig is.
6. Je rechten onder GDPR
Je hebt recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking van verwerking en dataportabiliteit. Stuur je verzoek naar mattie@mail-net.be. Je hebt ook het recht klacht in te dienen bij de Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.

Legal basis: legitimate interest and/or performance of contract. We use your data exclusively to answer your inquiry or provide services. We do not use your data for marketing without explicit consent.

We do not share your data with third parties, except:
- Google reCAPTCHA v3 for spam protection. See Google Privacy Policy.
- Our hosting provider for the technical operation of the website.
5. How long do we retain your data?
We retain contact requests for a maximum of 30 days. After that, they are automatically deleted, unless further communication or legal obligation is required.
